Summer is here and it’s time for endless days at the beach, crazy parties and loads of fun to share with friends and family; well for some lucky ones among us who vacation around this time. Summer is also the time to wear cool accessories and clothing, so I give to you my Trendsetters 2 quick and easy DIYs will help you to be summer ready in the blink of an eye.

Floral Headband

I’ve tried doing this other ways, but I’ve found this method to be better.

Things you”ll need:

Ribbon
Flowers
Glue Gun
Elastic Band
Scissors
Sewing Machine or Needle and Thread

Method: Put the ribbon around your head and cut it the desired length. Then lay the flowers on the ribbon about an 1″ apart. (if you’re using different flowers this helps to create the look you want before committing) and then glue them in place.

Loop the end of the ribbon through the elastic band and then sow down ends with a machine. (can be hand sewn as well). You must repeat for the other side.

Voila!

Floral Bralette

I first saw this idea worn at a rave party and I just had to make one.

Things you’ll need:

Bra your size
Flowers
Glass Beads
Glue Gun.

Method: Lay the flowers over the cup of the bra where you want them to be.Then glue them each in place and finally glue 1 bead each in the center of each flower.
